NOTE: Session packages of 25 or more must be used within 10 weeks of purchase.

Personal Training Requirements and Guidelines

Requirements

Personal Training Certification
CPR (AED preferred),
Liability insurance - $500,000 minimum

Training Guidelines

All trainers must have a current approved certification on file, with proof of insurance and Symmetry Center listed as an additional insured.
Trainers may only practice specialties for which they are certified and insured.
Records and personal information must be kept current and on file with Symmetry Center for trainers and clients.
Symmetry Center will require non-member contracts to be on file for all clients who enter our facility.
All sessions expire 10 weeks from date of purchase.

Note: Training sessions and packages are non-transferrable.
